Engine Control Module for 1125 model motorcycles with race exhaust systems. This ECM also works with motorcycles that have both race exhaust systems and a free flowing air filter. Simply replace existing ECM with this one for race or track-day events. Use of this ECM is not intended for vehicles operated on the road or otherwise subject to emission control requirements. In California, this product should not be used on any vehicle that is registered or licensed for use on public roads. NOTE: This ECM as delivered contains one race calibration map, and cannot be re-programmed through our tuning software kit. In order to be able to program right away, you must buy Y1152.08AZ – PROGRAMMABLE 1125 ECM KIT. You also may choose to add the ability to program later using Y1052.08AH – PROGRAMMABLE ECM SOFTWARE AND CABLE, but it will require shipping the ECM back to Erik Buell Racing to be synced with the software license.

l'ECM race programmabile qui in italia, dai dealers che la possono vendere, costa oltre 1k€....

con il cambio in $ diventa assolutamente conveniente comperarla da lui...


il rischio vero è che , se erik si mette a fare al guerra con HD, chi ne pagherà le conseguenze saranno in Bueller di tutto il mondo....

se con uno riesci a rimappare tutto,ovvero n centrline) o se invece ogni centralina viene abbinata ad un software particolare...

Conviene monitorare il forum USA per saperne di più.

leggevo che ancora non è chiaro come e dove interviene il modello plug and play. I modi e lestrade per interventie sono molti e difficili da capire. Tuttavia - sempre la plug and play - potrebbe non essere una semplice proseires. Ovvero potrebbe avere una taratura che nell'uso stradale potrebbe essere assai brusca ai bassi régimi e soprattutto modificare sensibilmente i consumi.
Sto monitorando il thread americano, aspetterei una mese o due per capirci meglio.
