hello, i live in Barcelona and i've got a fantastic Buell. Excuse me but i don't speack Italian. Anybody speaks spanish or englisH.

Well, this is the question. Do you Know if the kit race pro-series Race Kit XB12 r/S could be OK for my XB9 ligthing?

Hi XaviBuell, I think that the XB12 kit is not good for your bike; and if you check the Buell official site you can see also two different kits for old XB9 and the newer xb9sx:

82003-02YB Fits '03-'04 XB9R and XB9S models $619.95
82006-05Y Fits '05-later XB9R and XB9SX models $619.95

you can use the race airfilter and the race muffler
(no difference between 9 and 12 model)

but you'll definitely need the proper ECM that fit your bike/model due to the different rpm range and air/fuel mixture curve.

try to lurk in the "bancarella" section of this forum once in a while, hopefully you can get some second hand bargain sooner or later!

I went to Barcellona's Buell dealer last summer when I was there for vacations and I thought it was a pretty decent dealer compared to Italian standards.... weird you can't get the proper infos from them.

Thanks for all of you. I've phoned to Buell Barcelona and as you say, the Race kit it´s not good for my bike. I need more money to buy a new one. If some of tou are interested on it, the offer is in e-bay, and the price it´s really good.

Ehi Lu please keep in mind the possibility to organize a big run in Spain , people, food and road are fantastic..

We only have to organize (and pay ) the truck to transport the buell there ....
